Project Research LLC built www.bubblepopping.space to be a quiet, distraction-free space. This policy explains what little data, if any, is involved.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI Disclosure)

In the interest of transparency, and consistent with FTC guidance on AI disclosures, Project Research LLC discloses the following about AI use in connection with this website, application, and related content:

AI-assisted development. The code, design, and written content of this website were created with the assistance of AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic.
AI-assisted content and media. Marketing copy, images, video, and social media posts associated with Project Research LLC or this Activity may be created, edited, or assisted using AI tools. Such content will be labeled where required.
No AI interaction with users. The Activity itself contains no chatbot, virtual assistant, or other AI system that talks to, profiles, or engages with visitors.
No automated decision-making. AI is not used to make legal, financial, or similarly significant decisions about any visitor.
Not machine learning. The bubbles you see and pop are produced by simple randomized animation code, not by an AI or machine-learning model — the Activity itself is not “AI-powered.”

This disclosure will be updated as AI use evolves, including with the planned standalone iOS and Android apps.

No Accounts, No Personal Data Required

The Activity does not ask for a name, email, or any personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no chat box.

Local Device Storage

The Activity may use your browser’s local storage to remember basic technical preferences (such as audio state) on your own device. This information is not transmitted to Project Research LLC.

Analytics

A minimal, privacy-respecting analytics tool may be used to understand aggregate, anonymized usage (such as approximate visit counts) so the Activity can be improved. No individual profiles are built or sold.

Cookies

The Activity does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Any cookie use is strictly functional.

Children

The Activity contains no language, no rules, and no ads, and is designed to be safe and calming for all ages.
